- We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders. No promo code is needed—simply ensure your order total qualifies for the free shipping offer.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving your purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your package.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Domestic Orders (within the U.S.):
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 1-3 business days (additional charges may apply).

International Orders (Out of Country):
- We ship to select international destinations, and international orders may be shipped from outside the U.S.
- Shipping times for international orders vary depending on your location. Generally, it may take 7-21 business days for standard international shipping.
- Expedited International Shipping: Faster delivery within 5-10 business days (fees apply).
- All shipping costs are paid by Merch Committed, including both domestic and international orders, so you will not be charged for shipping when completing your purchase.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- International Orders: Please note that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply when shipping internationally. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of the product or shipping.
- Merch Committed is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
5. Shipping Locations
- We ship worldwide, and orders may come from outside the United States, depending on stock and warehouse locations.
- Customers may experience slightly different delivery times due to international shipping processes.
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
- You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website, using the tracking number provided.
7. Shipping Delays
- While we aim to deliver all orders on time, some delays may occur due to external factors such as weather, postal service disruptions, or customs procedures for international orders.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by these external factors but will do our best to assist if any issues arise.
8. Shipping Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for any lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Domestic Orders: If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in resolving the issue, either by reshipping the item or processing a refund.
- International Orders: For lost or damaged packages, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist with filing a claim and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
