Committed Athletics

Committed Athletics provides structured athletic development training for youth ages 6–12. Our focus is building strong athletic foundations through speed training, agility work, coordination drills, and confidence development.
Young athletes improve the most when they learn proper movement early. Our sessions emphasize technique, effort, and discipline while keeping training fun and competitive.
Every workout is designed to help athletes move better, react faster, and gain confidence that carries over into any sport they play.

Training Options
1-on-1 athlete development
Small group training
Small group sessions allow athletes to compete, push each other, and improve together while still receiving coaching and instruction.
Training Location
Sessions will take place at Berea Sports Park unless otherwise instructed.
